The 36th National Migrant & Seasonal Head Start Conference, Strengthening Our Roots, Nurturing Our Future, was held February 20-23, 2007, at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C.
More than 450 Migrant and Seasonal Head Start directors, staff, parents, Policy Council and governing body members came together to network with their peers from around the country and exchange information and ideas. Conference plenary sessions and workshop presentations offered participants new knowledge and skills to support their efforts to provide quality Head Start services to Migrant and Seasonal Head Start children and families.
