Rebecca Smith serves as Fiscal/Administrative Content Specialist with the Region IV Technical Assistance Network supported by STG International, Inc. Her 30-year background includes all facets of non-profit, governmental, and corporate auditing and accounting, as well as extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of financial management practice, theory, and methodology; administrative oversight; assessment; risk management; public relations; and Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. Formerly, a Head Start Fiscal Director, Fiscal Consultant, and Fiscal/Administrative Reviewer, Ms. Smith has led numerous training sessions at local, state, and regional levels.
